We have a vacancy for an enthusiastic, driven and solution-oriented leader for our team of 6 Mechanical Engineers.

• You will ensure that the team of mechanical engineers excels, by putting the right person on the right project at the right time;
• You are focused on achieving the project goals, as well as the personal growth of your team members;
• You develop and provide technical training courses to continuously improve the level of knowledge of your team members. After all, to stand still is to go backwards!
• You do not shy away from initiating actions for improvement, motivating team members and colleagues from other departments to contribute to this where necessary;
• You will translate conceptual designs into technical specifications and ensure that these meet both internal and external quality and performance requirements.
• You will naturally ensure synergy and cooperation with other teams in the organisation, always with a view to completing another successful project!

As our new team leader, you will deal with issues of technology, people, projects and business goals. You will therefore switch easily from overall picture to detail level and from human emotion to technical specification. Because to flourish, everything has to be right, right?

• You hold at least a Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or a similar field.
• You have at least 3 years' experience in a managerial or managing/coordinating role within engineering.
• You are fully versed in design tools such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• You have good leadership skills and the ability to motivate, correct and inspire people.
• Due to the international nature of this position, it is essential that you are fluent in English. If you speak other languages, that's a bonus.

• A full-time position with the prospect of a fixed contract;
• A competitive salary. You'll receive full time salary between € 4,426 and € 6,003 gross per month, based on experience.
